Between life and responsibility,.. You will need a.... Job!
***
Or at least that's what they're gonna say. You need a job to pay for the rent. You need a job to keep the food on the table. You need a job so you don't look like a broke.
People will running after their college graduation, to a news with tittle 'Job Vacancy' or 'We're Hiring', while.. as a matter of fact.. Most of the newly graders, are not ready for the company.
Yeah, you bet. I've work with plenty of millennials (and I am millennial my self), and I know how annoyingly lazy they are.
Whoops, no offense. Be proud if you're excluded. Somehow there's an exception for every general judgment. But face it. Millennials are lazy. Despite of what they say about saving energy, thinking and whatever. They are, fuckin lazy.
Why?
First, they were never know how it feels like to struggle for life. They have everything they need since pre-school. School until college, are a normal routine they just need to follow. No explanation, no creating new vacation, all for one : uniformity.
And then college happened. Where they can be whoever they want, with a few rules they can always break.
Company, in the other hand, have all strict rules including when to dress up with ties and when to wear tshirts, and how to write an email even though maybe none ever tell them HOW to send a DECENT email.

So I watch this movie tonight, the title is captivating.. 'Get A Job'. Plain and simple, and help me laugh in this rough time.
You see, people don't hire because of skill. Or maybe they did, for the one or two exception. But we all know people with excellent skill and terrible attitude who left alone and forgotten in their business filled with money.
This is why they need an interview. Not to examine how well you answer the question, but how click you both will be as a coworker. Will you fit in or not, and how will you address solution to every trouble that absolutely will never end since the first day of contract assignment.
Phew.
I have to take a breathe at this point.

But what if..
What if the attitude that the company want is the kind of 'servant-attitude'? And you born with this 'creative-attitude'?
What if.. You actually don't need a job! All you need is to make money once or twice, and spend it at its normal rate before you go out and make money again! Just like the villagers.
What if.. We're all trapped in the fantasy of being an important people among the group, while people actually don't care about that?
'You get a job, you happy. You don't get a job, you dead'.
Maybe not.
Maybe instead of death, you may.. Rise! You alive after quitting. The heat burns you down and wake you up. What if that is the time that you need to value your most valuable possession; family, and friends.

Maybe you dont need a job, but to create a job.
Maybe you dont need to make money, because you dont desperately need it for the world. You have everything! Air, water, food, what else?
